Job Purpose:

Provides day-to-day supervision and technical direction to work crews including management of time, accuracyof alloperational forms, ensuring the safe performance of allwash bayjob duties

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides day-to-day supervision and technical direction to work crews.

• Schedules daily workload andassignsappropriate resources.

• Examinework and materials for compliance with specifications.

• Acts as mentor and provides feedback to team members and new employees.

• Manages daily schedules and attends related meetings.

• Accountable for safe work practices, toolbox meetings, and safety training compliance.

• Routinely performs safety and productivity observations; Wash Bay inspections; and isrequiredto attend variouscomponents of technical, developmental and safety training.

• Demonstrates support for the company's environmental management system.

• Adheres to all North Slope and Worleyhealth, safety and environment policies and proceduresat all times.

• Performs craft job duties asrequired.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of Confined Space Entry operations as defined by OSHA Standards.

• Knowledge of the Alaska Waste Handbook anditsrelevance to Wash Bay Operations.

• Knowledge offunctionaloperation, purpose,capabilitiesand limitations of any piece of equipment qualified tooperate.

• Knowledge of safe equipment operations and maintenance of equipment.

• Ability to develop andmaintainan efficient and effective alternate relationship.

• Ability to train,directand assess employees' knowledge in Wash Bay operations.

• Ability to read, understand and communicate to others information relating to safety/technical manuals, procedures,permits,JSA's(Job Safety Analysis),PTSPcards (Pre-Task Safety Planning), safety/warning signs.

• Ability to display sufficient oral communication skills to give and receive emergency instructions, safety warnings,instructions, and task assignments.

• Ability to follow all company, client,safetyand regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, policies, procedures,standardsand guidelines as they relate to this position and the work duties being performed.

• Ability to hear audible safety alarms and warnings.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Work is performed in a remote Arctic environment with limited medical resources. Candidate understands the site isapproximately 840 miles (at least 4 hours by air ambulance) from surgical, specialist, and tertiary medical care, and where medical evacuation from this location may be significantly delayed due to weather conditions. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the essential functions of this job, the employeeis required to:

• Must haveabilityto stand, walk on level, uneven and slippery surfaces, sit, squat, kneel, crawl, reach through low and high ranges, work overhead, andexhibitnormal balance and coordination. These basic physical requirements are essential for safe performance of the job in harsh environments with exposure to very cold temperatures and while wearing arctic gear.

• Standing for prolonged periods of time.

• Driving for prolonged periods of time in the dark and inclement weather

• Ability to climbscaffold, ramps, stairs, equipment, portable ladders, and/or wellhouse/tank/facility fixed ladders of 20 feet or greater.

• Ability to wear andutilizefall protection within manufacturer specifications.

• Lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist with two hands.

• Lift 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder with two hands.

• Carry 50 lbs. for 15 feet with two hands.

• Push/pull 60 lbs. sled for 20 feet.

• Push/pull 90 lbs. cart for 20 feet.

MinimumQualifications:

• Valid driver's license and the ability to be covered by Worley auto insurer.

• North Slope Red Book trained.

• Generator trained within90 daysof start.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC). Worley can provide NSTC certification training if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials endorsement and ability to be insured by Worley's autoinsurer.

• CurrentDOT medical card (If applicantpossessesa Class A CDL).

• Three years of Wash Bay orliketype of experience.

• Petrochemical,oilfieldor arctic experience.
