As a System Completions Specialist, you will serve as a critical link between engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, and customer teams by managing the processes, systems, and documentation that support mechanical completion, system turnover, and operational readiness.

This is a highly visible project delivery role where your ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage completion systems, track turnover progress, and support commissioning activities directly impacts project schedule performance, startup readiness, operational reliability, and customer satisfaction. You will work across multiple disciplines and project phases to ensure systems are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

Working closely with Construction, Engineering, Quality, Commissioning, and Operations personnel, you will manage completion databases, turnover documentation, punch lists, testing records, and system status reporting while supporting project readiness objectives. Through effective coordination and strong attention to detail, you will help ensure safe startup and reliable operation of project facilities.

  • Supporting commissioning and startup teams by ensuring completion requirements are satisfied prior to system handover.
  • Maintaining system completion management software and associated reporting tools.
  • Facilitating communication between Engineering, Construction, Quality, Commissioning, Operations, Vendors, and Customer stakeholders.
  • Supporting operational readiness and transition-to-operations activities.
  • Monitoring completion milestones and identifying risks that could impact startup readiness or project schedule.
  • Generating reports and dashboards related to turnover status, punch list completion, system readiness, and commissioning progress.
  • Participating in system walkdowns, inspections, readiness reviews, and turnover meetings.
  • Supporting client acceptance, handover, and performance verification activities.
  • Assisting in the resolution of technical and administrative issues related to system turnover and completion.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to completion processes, systems, and project execution.
