Position Title: Buyer II

Reports to: Team lead Regional Procurement Management

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for achieving operational KPIs such as claim management, PO execution, and invoice reconciliation, while managing supplier relationships to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery. It oversees the implementation of category strategies, supports negotiations for cost savings, and ensures compliance with procurement policies across the Procure to Pay process. Additionally, the position involves maintaining master data, resolving delivery and payment issues, and leveraging analytics and tools to drive continuous procurement improvements.

Work You'll Do:

• Deliver operational KPIs (e.g., Claim Management, PO execution, exception message management, parts escalation / availability, invoice reconciliation, buyer productivity)

• Responsible for supplier relationship management related to tactical, day to day execution. Oversee and expedite (critical) suppliers to deliver on time, within budget and to agreed quality standard; ensure proper escalation when needed

• Responsible for implementing and operationalizing the category strategies and framework contracts; additionally, provide feedback and active contribution back to Global Category Management and/or Global Sourcing Management to help improve and shape strategies

• Deliver year over year savings and negotiations for selected categories & assigned suppliers

• Fulfillment of complete Procure to Pay process (P2P)

• Collaborate with OpCos and suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, warranty and payment issues

• Ensure compliance with PO policies and standardize procurement processes

• Responsible for master data and contribute to MRP settings for procured parts based off guidance of Global Materials Management (GMM) team, where applicable

• Support to develop, leverage and use analytics, tools, capabilities, and SOPs as provided by COE & Excellence management

Basic Qualifications:

• Completed commercial or technical degree or apprenticeship with
  > 5 years working experience

• relevant experience in procurement/purchasing, knowledgeable in Procure-to-Pay process (P2P)

• Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)

Zusammenfassung der Stelle:

Diese Position ist verantwortlich fur die Erreichung operativer KPIs wie Schadensmanagement, Bestellungsabwicklung und Rechnungsabgleich, sowie fur die Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen, um eine termingerechte, qualitativ hochwertige und kosteneffiziente Lieferung sicherzustellen. Sie uberwacht die Umsetzung von Kategorienstrategien, unterstutzt Verhandlungen zur Kostensenkung und gewahrleistet die Einhaltung der Beschaffungsrichtlinien im gesamten Procure-to-Pay-Prozess. Zudem umfasst die Aufgabe die Pflege von Stammdaten, die Losung von Liefer- und Zahlungsproblemen sowie die Nutzung von Analysen und Tools zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Einkauf.

Aufgaben:

• Erfullung der vorgegebenen, operativen KPIs (z. B. Claim Management, Bestellauslosung, Eskalationsschritte, Teileeskalation/-verfugbarkeit, Rechnungsabgleich, Kaufproduktivitat)

• Verantwortlich fur das Lieferantenbeziehungsmanagement im Tagesgeschaft im Rahmen der taktischen Abwicklung. Uberwachung und Beschleunigung (kritischer) Lieferanten, um eine punktliche Lieferung innerhalb des Budgets und gema den vereinbarten Qualitatsstandards sicherzustellen; Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemaen Eskalation, sofern erforderlich.

• Verantwortlich fur die Umsetzung der Warengruppenstrategien und den relevanten Rahmenvertragen; Ruckmeldung und aktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Category Management und Global Sourcing Management, um die Strategien zu verbessern und mitzugestalten

• Erzielung jahrlicher, wiederkehrender Einsparungen bei zugewiesenen Produktgruppen und/oder Lieferanten

• Zusammenarbeit mit OpCos und Lieferanten zur Losung von Termin- , Qualitats-, Gewahrleistungs- und/oder Zahlungsproblematiken.

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Bestellrichtlinien und Standardisierung von Beschaffungsprozessen

• Verantwortlich fur die einkaufsrelevanten Stammdaten mit Zusammenarbeit des Global Materials Management (GMM) Teams

• Nutzung und Unterstutzung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Analysen, Tools, Fahigkeiten und SOPs, die vom COE & Excellence Management bereitgestellt werden
