Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience Requirements 3-5 years of Missouri Workers' Compensation Claims Adjusting experience Experience managing Lost Time Workers' Compensation claims Strong claims investigation, documentation, and case management skills Job Duties Investigate and manage complex Workers' Compensation claims from start to resolution Analyze claim exposure and develop strategic action plans Establish and maintain accurate claim reserves Process benefits, payments, claim adjustments, and settlements within authority limits Prepare and submit required state filings within statutory deadlines Coordinate medical, legal, investigative, and other vendor services as needed Manage recovery opportunities including subrogation and applicable offsets Communicate claim status and updates with employees, stakeholders, and vendors Ensure accurate documentation, coding, and compliance throughout the life of each claim Support cost-containment initiatives while maintaining exceptional customer service Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance If you're a detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster seeking a rewarding opportunity with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, we want to hear from you.
