The Manager, Ticket Operations at Kansas Speedway supports our mission by overseeing ticket office operations and managing race and commemorative ticket fulfillment across properties. This role drives digital ticketing adoption to enhance the consumer experience and improve operational efficiency. The Manager collaborates with ticketing operations staff to assess fulfillment needs and report insights to leadership, staffs and schedules ticket offices for event weekends, oversees non-digital ticket fulfillment, and hires, trains, and schedules ticket representatives.
