Location:Atlanta Distribution Center This role will transition to our new Mega Distribution Center in Waco, GA (est. opening Q4 '26). Until then, the position will be based in Villa Rica, GA. Job Summary
The Specialist II, Training Operations is responsible for executing training programs at the operational level, focusing on the delivery and support of training initiatives. This role ensures team members receive effective onboarding, safety, and skills-based training. The Training Specialist for Operations supports the implementation of corporate training strategies, maintains training documentation, and partners with site leadership to drive a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
