Position Title: Financial Analyst Background & Context: The team manages contracts with healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and patients, and supports the contracting and payments reconciliation process. The role is for a Financial Analyst I position, but it is not a traditional accounting or finance role focused on spreadsheets, line items, or standard reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: * The primary responsibility involves working with compliance and OEC-related contract reconciliation rather than typical accounting reconciliation activities. * The team manages contracts with healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and patients, and supports the contracting and payments reconciliation process. * Responsibilities include reviewing invoices, reconciling them against contracts, and helping close out payment-related activities accurately. * Daily collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across CCG, business owners, and external partners is part of the role's responsibilities. * Communication through both email and phone is an important part of the day-to-day work. * The role involves working closely not only with the internal Lake County team but also with offshore contractor teams based primarily in the Philippines. Qualification & Experience: * The team is looking for someone who is quick, detail-oriented, and able to analyze information effectively. * Candidates should have strong analytical skills and the ability to think beyond standard processes when reviewing and reconciling information. * The role is highly compliance-driven, so candidates should be comfortable working in structured, process-oriented environments. * Strong attention to detail is critical due to the nature of compliance and contract reconciliation work. * Strong communication skills are required as the role involves regular interaction with internal stakeholders as well as external partners. * The position requires someone who is comfortable working with multiple stakeholder groups including internal business teams, healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and patients. * Candidates with a problem-solving mindset and an audit-oriented approach to reviewing information will be highly preferred. * This role requires someone who understands that the responsibilities are compliance-focused rather than traditional financial reporting or accounting tasks. * The team environment is highly collaborative and team-oriented, with members supporting each other regularly in daily activities. * Although individual tasks are assigned, team members frequently help and support each other. * The team culture encourages asking questions, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the group. * Candidates should be comfortable working in a cooperative environment where collaboration and teamwork are essential for success. | |
