The Project Analyst for the department of Physical Medicine and Rehab will support project management activities for the Johns Hopkins Activity and Mobility (JH-AMP) program. The Project Analyst will provide project management support for implementation, sheduling, social media content, conference planning and reporting for JH-AMP. HopkinsAMP.org

As a Project Analyst for PM&R, you'll:

  • Report to the Clinical Resource Analyst (CRA) for the rehabilitation therapies of the Dept. of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and receive direction from the Director of Finance for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Provide a broad range of analytical, project, and application support services
  • Use analytical tools and methods to report on operational, financial and clinical performance, market trends and the competitive environment, and legislative and regulatory impact.
  • Work on special projects as needed

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
    • Master's degree in Business, Health Administration or other relevant field is preferred
  • Intermediate level of knowledge in spreadsheet, database, word processing, presentation, diagramming, and project management software is preferred
  • Basic ability to write VB scripts, .NET programming and use SQL/MySQL is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of and/or experience in clinical or health operations is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of finance, operations, logistics, statistical and simulation modeling, administrative theory, process improvement and project management is beneficial
  • PMP, Six Sigma or similar preferred
  • 1+ years' experience a professional environment where the required knowledge base and skills have been utilized

Salary Range: Minimum $26.51/hour - Maximum $43.76/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
