Partnered with Aquent Studios, our client is a global technology leader at the forefront of innovation, dedicated to shaping the future of consumer interactions. They are committed to delivering exceptional user experiences and making a tangible impact on how millions worldwide engage with technology.

We are looking for a forward-thinking Graphic Designer to join the projec team behind our client's flagship retail store launch in Europe. We want someone who lives on the cutting edge of visual design, stays ahead of culture, and approaches every project with a fresh perspective.

Big-brand experience is secondary to us-what matters most is that you are a fantastic visual storyteller with a passion for pushing creative boundaries. Sitting at the intersection of graphic design and environmental branding, you will help bring 2D visual storytelling to life across physical retail spaces for our client's hardware portfolio.

Location: NYC preferred (Based in or willing to commute for periodic in-person collaboration)

What You'll Do

  • Bring fresh ideas and innovative visual thinking to global retail displays, localized signage, and promotional fixtures.
  • Help create and apply high-fidelity 2D graphic assets, typographic systems, and layouts tailored for physical retail environments.
  • Apply and extend global brand guidelines with care, maintaining visual consistency across typography, imagery, and color systems.
  • Partner with Spatial Designers to see how your 2D graphics integrate into 3D structural layouts, physical fixtures, and architectural environments.
  • Prepare clean, production-ready mechanical files for vendor hand-off, learning to manage bleeds, die lines, high-res standards, and color profiles (CMYK/Pantone).
  • Work alongside Creative Production to review physical material swatches, print proofs, and color draw-downs to ensure premium design standards.
  • Organize project asset libraries, manage version control, and iterate quickly based on team feedback.

Who You Are

  • You have a bold, forward-thinking aesthetic and a passion for storytelling through typography, layout, and image-making.
  • You may only have 1-2 years of experience (or be fresh out of school), but you have an outstanding portfolio that demonstrates cutting-edge visual thinking.
  • You care deeply about pixel-perfect alignment, hierarchy, and strong graphic composition.
  • You thrive working side-by-side with spatial designers, creative directors, and production partners in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications / Tools

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of (or strong eagerness to learn) print production, pre-press workflows, and color management.
