The Sanmina facility in Austin, Texas provides precision machining and mechanical assembly services to customers. Precision machining capabilities include vertical milling, horizontal milling, and turning on a wide range of materials including aluminum, copper, composites, stainless titanium, and high alloy steel with a milling envelope of up to 60" x 50" x 40". The facility specializes in high-mix, low volume production and also offers subassembly, integration, New Product Introduction services, and clean room assembly. Job Purpose: As the CNC Machining Production Manager, you will lead the heartbeat of our Austin plant. This role is responsible for leading all production activities within our high-precision and large-format machining areas. From managing vacuum chamber machining to assembling precision mechanisms, you will ensure our production goals align with the rigorous quality standards required by our semiconductor, aerospace, and defense customers. We are looking for a production leader who can balance manpower, machine capacity, and technical complexity to deliver high precision machined 120 inches (3-meter) x 100 inches (2-meter) components on time and within budget.
