Project Manager, Optimus Data Collection

The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with businessobjectives, drive process improvements, and ensure effective communication of policies and procedures across the organization.

• Manage multiple operational projects simultaneously, ensuringtimelydelivery of milestones, and alignment with organizational goals

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational programs, recommending and implementing improvements as needed

• Connect with relevant stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships at all levels within Tesla, from the production floor to top management

• Act as a liaison between the organization and external auditors, regulators, or consultants

• Show high adaptability and eagerness to handle extra duties and responsibilities, supporting different areas of the organization beyond their main tasks when the criticality justifies it

• Minimum 5 years workingin project managementOR a clear display of excellence and outstanding achievements when experience is missing

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and confidentiality

• Can-do attitude and aheightenedsense of urgency

• Willingness to work on difficult challenges and projects regardless of discipline.50% travel based on business needs

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex information clearly
