What to Expect Tesla is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to spearhead process development for Optimus humanoid robot hands, one of the most complex and critical subsystems in the robot. In this role you will collaborate with Design, Manufacturing Automation, and Production teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, and develop innovative manufacturing processes that will enable high volume production.
