What to Expect The Production Supervisor serves as the front-line leader of the production team. This role is responsible for communicating safety, people, quality, rate, and cost goals to the team, coaching and mentoring remanufacturing technicians, and driving problem-solving to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will challenge the status quo, eliminate waste, and pursue continuous improvement while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, maintenance, and management.
