What You Will Do: CeraVe is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager to join our Global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team and play a pivotal role in expanding internationally the "Care For All" social impact program. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the program's growth across CeraVe countries, fostering strategic global partnerships, raising the program's awareness through communications, and ensuring its successful implementation across diverse communities to make dermatology accessible to underserved communities around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy: Work with the Global Director to develop and execute the global strategic plan for the "Care For All" social impact program, aligning with CeraVe's global CSR goals and objectives.
  • Global Expansion: Work closely with CeraVe teams around the world to guide and support the launch and expansion of Care for All in their local markets
  • Partnership Development: Develop deep, trusting relationships with existing nonprofit partners, healthcare professionals, and community leaders to enhance program reach and impact, both globally and locally.
  • Program Evaluation: Work with the Global Director to advance measurement and evaluation of the program's impact globally
  • Advocacy and Outreach: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to raise awareness about the "Care for All" program mission and impact
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to CeraVe leadership and stakeholders, demonstrating the program's achievements and impact.
  • Communication: Support the communication strategy to expand the awareness of "Care for All" globally (B2B and B2C) as well as support in the launch of the brand's first B2C social impact campaign.
  • Agency Management and Event Support: Manage agency partners and work with them to execute various social impact communications and events (ie. World Skin Health Day activation, EADV Congress, AAD Congress, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years minimum of experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, or related fields
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful social impact programs or initiatives with robust, tangible outcomes
  • Strong drive and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and result-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong power point presentation building
  • Experience working with diverse communities and a deep understanding of their unique challenges.
  • Demonstrated passion for social impact and making a difference in underserved communities.
  • Past experiences in dermatologic field or cosmetics are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (as required).
    • 3 times a week physical, in-office presence is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree is preferred either in Marketing, Communication, Social Impact, or any related fields.
