Eligible candidates are hired into a Full or Part time position.Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires; per diem hires are ineligible.Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months of separation from employment

Full time(40 hrs);Day Shift

Hours of Operation: 8:00am - 4:30pm; Monday - Friday

Our Scarborough location is a busy, high performing site equipped with two state-of-the-art treatment machines and a dedicated CT simulator.

Minutes from both downtown Portland and the stunning Maine Coastline, Scarborough offers a balance to enjoy working in an environment delivering cutting-edge care while living where you can take advantage of all this area has to offer outside of work, from outdoor activities to exciting local food and arts scene.

Summary:
The Radiation Therapist II, in tandem with a second therapist, can administer radiation treatments independently.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Completion of an accredited program in Radiation Therapy. A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy required.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Radiation Therapist required. ARRT-R.T.(T) certification required. Current BLS required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A

The pay range for this position is $43.26to $58.52 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
