Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Driver

As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Driver in Lancaster, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and support response efforts while providing outstanding customer service. You will help maintain a visible, responsive presence and work closely with site teams to help deter incidents. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, dispatch protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor communications systems, receive and prioritize calls for service, and dispatch security-related personnel to incidents, alarms, and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and communication reports in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing timely information to supervisors and responding personnel.
• Monitor access, alarm, and surveillance-related systems as assigned, escalating unusual activity and system concerns through established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
