Job Summary SummaryThe Social Work Team Lead provides clinical leadership, supervision, and direct behavioral health services within Mass General Brigham for Children's integrated pediatric primary care program. This role supports a newly established team of embedded behavioral health clinicians across MGB for Children primary care practices, fostering high-quality, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and families. Embedded within a primary care site, the Team Lead partners closely with pediatric providers to deliver consultation, behavioral health assessment, triage, crisis planning, and brief, time-limited interventions for an assigned patient panel. In addition to maintaining a clinical caseload, the Team Lead provides clinical supervision and mentorship to social workers and licensed mental health counselors, promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, and contributes to the ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of integrated behavioral health services across the department.
