Why Join Our Team

At our Avon Mill, we produce 50 lb. bags of flour that are distributed to restaurants, cruise ships, hotels, schools, as well as Betty Crocker dry mix pouches. Our plant is unique in that we have two product platforms: flour and dry mixes. The flour we produce is integrated into our Betty Crocker mixes. We are a small plant with a great culture where you will get to know the people you work with. Fun facts about Avon are that we produce an average of 1.1 million pounds of flour a day and about 100 million Betty Crocker pouches a year. When making our chocolate chip cookie mix, around 2000 lbs of chocolate is added per hour to the packaging line!
