Job Summary The University Memorial Center (UMC) at the
University of Colorado, Boulder is seeking applications for a
Facilities Operations and Systems Manager! This position will be responsible for all facilities operations at the UMC including building maintenance, grounds, facilities budgets, and will manage and develop a team of maintenance professionals. This person will also be in charge of project and records management, developing preventative maintenance programs, performing space inspections, and systems management.
