Job Summary The Campus Dining & Hospitality team at the
University of Colorado, Boulder is seeking applications for a
Sous Chef! This position provides extensive oversight and leadership in their assigned dining location and overall dining services when needed. This includes providing input for new and existing products/menus/recipes and test them to ensure accuracy of ingredients, methodology, yield, authenticity and quality, as well as assigning and delegating standardized recipe preparation, ensuring quality, allergen labeling and food safety measures are followed in the specific assigned production area.
