Goodwill of Colorado Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Program Participant, CW STEP (Colorado Works Subsidized Training and Employment Program) is a statewide program administered by the Colorado Department of Human Services. The goal of this program is to assist Colorado Works recipients in attaining living-wage, permanent jobs through employment opportunities with subsidized wages, including transitional jobs. CW STEP aims to address the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) with the purpose of reducing the dependency of Colorado Works parents by promoting job preparation and work.
