Content Data Specialist (Contract)


About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Content Data Specialist to support digital content operations across our platforms. In this role, you'll ensure that product information, content, and related assets are accurate, organized, and consistently maintained. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in structured environments and enjoys working at the intersection of content, data, and systems.


What You'll Do

  • Maintain and update product content, digital assets, and related data across internal systems
  • Validate accuracy and completeness of content against established standards and guidelines
  • Support content publishing workflows, ensuring timely and error-free updates
  • Identify inconsistencies in data and proactively resolve issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., merchandising, marketing, digital teams) to ensure alignment
  • Assist in organizing and structuring metadata and content for improved usability


What You Bring

  • Experience working with content, product data, or digital assets in a structured system (CMS, PIM, DAM, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control
  • Familiarity with content publishing processes and workflows
  • Ability to manage high-volume updates and repetitive tasks with consistency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets or data sets


Nice to Have

  • Experience with metadata, taxonomy, or content tagging
  • Exposure to e-commerce or product catalog environments
  • Basic understanding of HTML or web content formatting
  • Experience improving workflows or processes related to content or data
