About the Role

We are seeking a talented Store Designer to play a pivotal role in crafting engaging, brand-aligned retail environments across our global footprint. In this dynamic position, you will be the bridge between high-level design concepts and their real-world application, ensuring that every store reflects our brand identity while seamlessly integrating with local requirements and conditions. You will manage multiple projects across various regions, collaborating with diverse teams to bring retail spaces to life from initial concept to successful execution.

What You'll Do

  • Develop detailed floor plans, striking storefront elevations, compelling 3D models, and high-quality renderings that adhere to our rigorous design standards.
  • Translate overarching global design concepts into precise, localized store layouts for international and travel retail environments.
  • Produce and meticulously review drawing sets and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with all specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including construction, visual merchandising, operations, and procurement to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively with external consultants and vendors to finalize comprehensive design packages.
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, guiding them through all phases from concept development to final execution.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful design concept presentations to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects meet established timelines, stay within budget, and uphold our high-quality expectations.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and propose innovative solutions to maintain project schedules and design integrity.
  • Stay continuously informed on the latest retail design trends, materials, and construction methods to drive innovation.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a closely related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in retail, commercial, or dedicated store design.
  • Demonstrated strong technical design and documentation skills.
  • Proven experience in producing construction drawings and meticulously reviewing design documentation.
  • Proficiency in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent ability to apply design standards across all projects.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Strong communication and compelling presentation skills.

Stand Out With

  • Experience supporting international retail projects or large-scale, multi-region rollouts.
  • Familiarity with adapting designs to local building codes and specific site conditions.
  • Exposure to fixture design, prototyping processes, or material development.
  • Experience reviewing shop drawings during the construction phases of a project.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in CAD-based drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or equivalent).
  • Skilled in 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., SketchUp, Enscape, or similar).
  • Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Experience with PDF markup tools (e.g., Bluebeam or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Success in This Role

You will thrive by consistently delivering high-quality retail designs across multiple regions, expertly balancing creative vision with technical execution and real-world constraints. Your ability to effectively manage numerous timelines and stakeholders will be key to your success, as will your contributions to creating scalable, on-brand retail environments that delight customers globally.
