| Job Summary |
This position is responsible for resolving issues related to in-room video conferencing equipment failure, physical malfunction and software configurations and conduct root cause analyses to improve processes and trend reoccurring issues to improve service. The Specialist will coordinate and lead IT stewardship of AV, Teams, and Zoom technology across conference center events.
The position is primary on-site technician with the knowledge and skill set to fix 99% of issues in rooms, must have the ability to troubleshoot multimedia room integrated appliances to include, A/V device configuration, projectors, microphones,
PTX video camera, digital whiteboards/annotation devices, integrated audio-conferencing digital sound processors, etc.
This position will operate at the convergence of a/v conferencing, networking, and endpoint (computers/mobile) interoperability.

| Minimum Education and Experience |
Associate's degree and four (4) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered. |
| Preferred Education and Experience |
- 2 - 3 + years of managing AV VC environments.
- Must be responsive, efficient, and have excellent customer interaction.
- Experience with Teams Management Portal.
- Experience working with Senior Executive Staff.
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot in the field when needed, and conduct diagnostics to successfully problem-solve.
- Has a mindset that can help gather data and build reports about the trajectory of the AV/ V C environment Collaborative.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting PC, MAC and Linux common desktop problems.
