We manufacture roof trusses and wall panels for new constructions (framing/carpentry work).

Additional Information:
- Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm
- Overtime & occasional Saturdays as needed

- Biweekly pay
- Pay rate:

- Non experienced: $18/hr + Overtime (Time and a half) + potential monthly bonuses.

- Experienced truss builders could qualify for higher pay commensurate with experience

The full-time, hourly Millwork Manufacturer works as a production and warehouse associate and assembler in the custom millwork manufacturing area, and is responsible for, but not limited to:

Sanding, sawing, and staining of millwork products on the production line.

Monitoring quality assurance throughout the production process.

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and observing all safety rules posted in the warehouse.

Forklift training, certification, and operation.


Responsibilities

Read and understand set-up sheets.

Position plates properly.

Operate gantry.

Verify lumber accuracy with sheets.

Verify truss set up is accurate.

Perform daily operator maintenance.

Maintain 100% crew efficiency.

Mark individual trusses when required.

Train Builder Associates.


Qualifications

Able to read and write in their primary language.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to read or able to learn to read a set up sheet.
