Position Overview As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead Echo's Sales and High-Volume Recruiting team while driving operational excellence across the broader Talent Acquisition function. Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, you'll develop recruiting strategies, coach and lead a team of recruiters, and partner with business leaders to attract top talent that supports company growth - while also owning the standardization, tools, and processes that allow TA to scale efficiently. You'll leverage recruiting data, market insights, and innovative sourcing strategies to improve hiring outcomes, while building the operational infrastructure - SOPs, training, vendor management, and change management practices - that ensures consistency and quality across the recruiting organization. This role requires a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about developing people, and brings a strong operational mindset to process design and continuous improvement.
