PAY RANGE: $17 - $20 / hr SUMMARYDo a professional job; keep equipment and facilities in a high state of repair. Assist Location Manager in other duties as assigned. Follow all policies as adopted and implemented by Southern FS, Inc. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSJob duties will dictate the appropriate class or endorsements needed but the minimum requirement will be a Class A-CDL with the appropriate endorsements (ATX). Maintain an IDOA or Missouri pesticide license as dictated by supervisor or Operations Manager.
