Capital Maintenance Planning Professional - Facilities & Services Planning Job SummaryThe Capital Maintenance Planning Professional, has primary responsibility for pre-planning efforts addressing deferred maintenance for academic facilities. Using professional project delivery expertise, technical knowledge of building systems and codes, develop preliminary project scopes and budgets to address known deficiencies, assist in the prioritization of campus capital renewal needs, review construction documents and shop drawings provided by professional services consultants and internal F&S staff to confirm conformance with identified scope, provide opinion on applicable codes, and accurately track completed deficiencies in the facility condition reports. Maintain accurate record keeping of the completed projects. Support the mission, vision, values and guiding principles of Facilities & Services. Duties & Responsibilities
