UCF Center for Community Schools: The UCF Center for Community Schools in the College of Community Innovation and Education at the University of Central Florida is a practice-based organization that provides community school technical assistance, university-assisted partnerships, training and development, and assessment and evaluation. The Opportunity: The Program Manager, Training Academy and Technical Assistance, provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Center's Training Academy, a cross-cutting system supporting all initiatives, and for the Unlimited Potential Initiative program statewide technical assistance systems. This role leads system-level design and continuous improvement efforts, coordinating across Center "houses" while directly supervising staff responsible for Training Academy and UPI technical assistance implementation.
