This position is hybrid 3 days per week in either our Atlanta, GA, Cincinnati, OH, Denver, CO or our Jacksonville, FL office. This position is not eligible for remote work.

The Benefits Manager will empower end-to-end ownership of benefit programs, improve processes, and enhance partnerships and collaboration with internal and external partners. We aim to constantly improve the experience of our Worldpayers, while delivering cost-effective and meaningful benefit programs and services.

What you'll own

  • Manages the development and execution of national benefits strategy and day-to-day operations for programs including wellness, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and leaves

  • Coordinates with recordkeepers, TPA's, auditors, legal counsel, payroll and HRIS teams on day-to-day operations and escalations

  • Manages plan documents, amendments, SPDs, administrative procedures and operational processes

  • Develops and executes well planned communication strategies for wellbeing initiatives and benefits programs

  • Manages and coaches direct reports

  • Other related duties assigned as needed

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or the equivalent combination of education, training, or 10+ years work experience.

  • Demonstrated influence and partnering skills (with Legal, Procurement, HRIS, Finance partners, vendor relationships)

  • Oral and written communication skills relating to all management levels, vendors and plan participants

  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration activities

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $108,200.00-$163,400.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
