Location: Carrollton, TX

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift: 8 AM-5 PM | Monday-Friday

Be the calm in the call. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll listen, support, and guide customers toward the answers they need.

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
  • 3+ years of customer service or inbound customer support experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-through skills
  • Prior experience in an inside sales or customer service role preferred
  • Semiconductor or technical/manufacturing industry experience a plus


Job Duties:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account support
  • Respond to product-related requests, including quotes, samples, technical questions, and backlog updates
  • Prepare accurate and profitable quotations following established procedures
  • Proactively follow up on sales opportunities and maintain detailed status updates
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure strong customer satisfaction and seamless communication
  • Maintain accurate and current quote histories, documentation, and follow-up records
  • Support monthly and quarterly booking goals through order conversion and customer engagement
  • Attend production meetings and communicate customer commitments and requirements
  • Track and drive orders through production to ensure on-time delivery (OTD)
