Depending on experience, qualifications, and business needs, candidates may be considered for Material Handler or Machine Operator. RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE * Operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and manufacturing equipment * Moving materials throughout the facility * Loading and unloading production equipment * Operating and monitoring production machinery * Performing quality inspections and verifying product specifications * Packaging and preparing products for shipment * Completing production and inventory documentation * Following work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards * Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Supporting production operations as needed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Must be at least 18 years of age * Valid driver's license * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Basic math and communication skills * Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment * Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds as required by the position PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or GED * Manufacturing experience * Forklift operating experience * Warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience * Experience using calipers, micrometers, or tape measures * Experience reading blueprints or production specifications * Overhead crane experience * Automotive manufacturing experience ABOUT TWB COMPANY TWB Company is a joint venture of Worthington Steel and BAO Steel Company and has been a leader in tailor welded blank manufacturing for more than 30 years.
