Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist * Managed incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing quotes, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service * Entered and processed customer orders, ensuring accuracy of purchase orders, pricing, and shipping details * Verified and reconciled customer purchase orders, payments, and order information to prevent errors and delays * Served as a liaison between departments (sales, operations, and shipping) to communicate and escalate customer concerns * Navigated CRM/ERP systems (SAP and Salesforce) to access customer data, track orders, and provide real-time updates * Followed up with customers on order status, missing information, and delivery timelines to ensure satisfaction * Collaborated with internal sales teams to support customer needs and improve overall service efficiency * Maintained detailed and accurate records in company systems while adhering to internal processes * Provided professional, timely, and solutions-oriented customer support Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Maple Plain, MN.
