Position Overview:

This seasonal position works directly with the Maintenance Department, providing hands-on support in parts management, documentation, and shop organization.

Responsibilities:

Parts Organization & Inventory Support

• Assist the Parts Administrator with organizing and labeling new parts
• Remove obsolete or unused parts from the system
• Palletize and prepare decommissioned parts for proper storage or disposal

Documentation & Digitization

• Digitize equipment manuals that are not currently in the computer system
• Ensure digital records are organized and accessible for the maintenance team

Shop & Storage Support

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance shop
• Assist with organizing parts storage areas and racking systems
• Provide general support wherever needed to improve efficiency and workspace organization

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates are highly organized, motivated, and self-disciplined, and must be capable of meeting or exceeding the physical requirements detailed below.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• The ability to speak, write, read and understand English is required.
• Able to lift and move 50-75lbs.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical and Mental Demands:

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.

* Mental demands include multi-tasking, decision making, problem solving, comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, and synthesizing data.

Hours, Location and Pay:

This approximately 12 week summer position works Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility.
