Responsibilities
  • Analyzemarketingperformance and consumer impactdatatoidentifytrends, patterns, and opportunities that inform optimization ofcampaigns,strategies, and storytelling.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insightsby developing simple, visual, and compelling narratives that guidedecisionmakingfor marketers and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic recommendationsthat help teams understand what is working, whyit'sworking,experimentationpossibilitiesand how to improve future performance.
  • Define andmaintainmeasurement frameworksby ensuring data is trackedaccurately,metrics are clearly defined, andmarketingperformance is measured consistently acrosschannels,campaignsand audiences.
  • Partnercrossfunctionallywith marketing, analytics, and platform teams to continuously improve data quality,insights creation and strategic decision.
  • Enable insight adoption by leading implementation or experimentation of insights into marketing strategy, briefs, and channel decisions; follow through to measure impact.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 8+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experienceinconsumer marketinganalytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related insights role.
  • Experience analyzingdigital marketingperformance data and communicating insights tonontechnicalaudiences.
  • Experience withemail, in-product & webdata,A/B experimentation, campaign reporting, audienceresearch.
  • Experience with Marketing measurement concepts (incrementality/lift,attributiontradeoffs, Marketing Mixed Model (MMM).
  • Experience with audience segmentation, funnel/drop-off analysis, creative/message insights,lifecycle(acquisitionactivationretention).
  • Experience with measurement andanalytics, or reporting tools (PowerBI, and Adobe's Customer Journey Analytics) and key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks.
  • Experience influencing decisions through insights without direct ownership of execution


Business Analytics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
