As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll have the responsibility, for a blended role that encompasses various administrative tasks, including but not limited to shipping and receiving, inventory management, parts ordering, health and safety responsibilities, work order creation and invoicing. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist with health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Generate invoices and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Create work orders as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Carries out additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Characteristics:

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures is advantageous
