Description
Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Responsible for managing field materials and inventory to ensure the timely availability, accuracy, and control of supplies necessary to support operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting field crews, and promoting safe work practices while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational requirements. Additional duties include record keeping, document preparation and development, meeting coordination and working with operational programs for input and maintenance, accounting functions and special projects. Provides quality customer service and maintains a good rapport with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



  • A working knowledge of business practices at a level normally acquired through the completion of high school or equivalent experience; and



  • Two years' experience in Warehouse operations, Supply Chain, Utility Operations or a related function; and



  • Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift operator certification.




OTHER REQUIREMENTS


  • Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
  • May be subject to the Company's DOT Substance Abuse Testing Program.
  • Requires travel: Moderate (up to 30%)
  • Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
  • Required to maintain a valid driver's license.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Forklift Operator Certification.
  • Leadership experience in a field office
  • Related regulated industry experience.
  • JDE experience


JOB RESPONSIBILTIES


  • Utilizes inventory management systems and related software to record transactions, generate reports, and support operational planning.

  • Orders, receives, documents, and stages materials in warehouses, service centers, and field locations to ensure accuracy, condition, and compliance with company procedures and timely availability of supplies.



  • Safely transports materials, tools, and equipment between warehouses, service centers, and field locations to support daily and project-based operations.


  • Ensures materials are properly stored, labeled, secured, and transported in accordance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner, as required.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
