Job Title: Workday Solutions Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: 9 Months

Contingent Worker will be remote- no preference on Timezone/location


Job Description:

The Contractor will need to have several years of experience with Workday and expertise in creating and loading EIBs in Workday in order to complete the Acquisition data migration from ADP to Workday for Forge. HEAVY EIB experience is a MUST. Will also need configuration experience with HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management.

This position within the Workday Center of Excellence team will be tasked with the role of configuring Workday to meet business objectives in addition to configuration for annual programs. This role within the HR Technology group will be responsible for creating improvements and efficiencies within Workday modules including, but not limited to HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management.

What you are good at

* Creating and Loading EIBs (Hire/Rehire, Change Job with Job Templates, Request Comp Change, Contract Contingent Worker, etc)

* Configuring and implementing business process enhancements.

* Configuring Job Templates.

* Partnering with other technology resources to design and build integrations.

* Leading functional and regression testing for enhancements, projects, and Workday releases.

* Working within an agile team to create iterative solutions that meet business needs.

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

6+ years proven experience configuring solutions within the Workday platform.

* Solid understanding and expertise in one or more of Workday's domains (HCM, including Core HR, Hiring & Onboarding, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Talent, Payroll, and Benefits).

* Experience with an agile/scrum environment.

* High level of attention to detail.

* Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives at one time.

* Able to work well independently and under pressure.

* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment.

* Experience with Workday Object Transporter and Kainos desired.

* Advanced knowledge of the use of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
