The AI Technology Intern will support enterprise-level data, analytics, and artificial intelligence initiatives within the Enterprise Technology Group. This role is designed for a high-performing student seeking hands-on exposure to advanced analytics platforms, AI governance, and executive-level decision support.

The internship is analytics-first with technical stretch, emphasizing Power BI, KPI definition, executive storytelling, and AI enablement, while providing selective exposure to enterprise data platforms and AI-for-data concepts. The intern will work closely with senior AI Technology leadership and cross-functional partners to evaluate emerging tools, define meaningful metrics, and contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives that accelerate business value.

This is a summer-focused internship (10-12 weeks) 37.5 hours per week, optimized for learning-by-doing, visibility into enterprise-scale platforms (Microsoft, Snowflake, Palantir), and development of durable skills in analytics, AI enablement, governance, and strategic communication.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.   • Support evaluation and enablement of analytics and AI tools, including Power BI and Copilot capabilities.
  • Assist in defining, documenting, and visualizing executive- and board-level KPIs for AI and technology initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Data, Cyber, Legal, and Business) to support AI governance, risk management, and observability efforts.
  • Contribute to proof-of-concept projects that leverage AI to accelerate data discovery, integration, and insight generation.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and documentation to support strategic recommendations and rollout plans.
  • Develop basic dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and progress.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of data analysis concepts and metrics
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Interest in analytics platforms, AI, and enterprise technology
  • ETL/ELT Processes
  • BI/Analytics Technologies and Solutions (e.g., PowerBI, MicroStrategy)
  • Python or other scripting languages
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework or projects related to advanced analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, AI/ML, or Generative AI.
