Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Program Support Specialist. This role will involve running internal administrative processes and executive assistance to a SES, 2 star flag officer equivalent. Autonomous execution of what needs to be accomplished is expected. Success in this position requires critical independent thinking coupled with an understanding of the organization's roles, responsibilities, vision, principles and values.

Responsibilities:
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
* Executive Assistant
oSupport in the planning, preparation, editing, creation, and publication of finished products, e.g., program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings, and other presentations, as required (technical and non-technical; classified and unclassified) in the media and format requested.
oServe as the initial focal point for collecting and visually displaying materials for staff meetings and office organized information exchange meetings.Set us classified meetings in conference rooms using AF7 VTC (Virtual Teleconferences), Teams or SVTC.
oLead the administrative operation of events to include compiling attendee lists, sending out invitations, procuring appropriate venues, leading the logistics for delivery of presentations (unclassified/classified), arranging transportation (if applicable), and leading attendee check-in.
oComplete travel approval requests and submit vouchers upon return from travel using Defense Travel System (DTS). - Files management.
* Director Action Group
oPreparing organizational charts.
oPrepare correspondence per standard Government formats; (both classified and unclassified); management and operation of facsimile, printing and copying equipment; and supplies and equipment ordering.
oAssist in preparation of award write-ups, award submission packages or a variety of different required formats (both unclassified and classified).
oAssist in establishment, implementation, and maintenance of Operating Instructions (OIs).This includes the creation and maintenance of branch documentation and other Activities
oAssist in verifying checklists against current administrative and organizational processes and assist in maintenance of a tracking system for identification and correction of deficiencies.
oAct as the single point to receive, coordinate, disseminate, track progress, and close all taskers coming to the division or branch Workflow Inbox.Efficient in Tast Management Tool (TMT) - Convey reminder/follow-up emails to Offices of Primary Responsibility (OPRs), making sure they meet the tasking.The contractor is responsible for making sure taskings are completed, as per original tasker.- Archive the workflow tasker and all supporting documentation in SharePoint.
* Administrative Support
oGenerate and maintain training requirements, files, forms, and established file plans (paper and electronic).
oAssist with editing reports and recall rosters.
oData entry functions include integrating information into required reports and presentation materials.
oAssist with ordering of office supplies through inventory, gathering requests for supplies, and preparing and itemizing various lists for supplies and equipment to be ordered and purchased by the Government office to enable fulfillment of the mission.
oAbility to multitask efficiently, be detail and customer service oriented. - Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
*Ten (10) years of experience directly related to the above responsibilities.
*Two (2) years of experience as part of a Front Office Group, Director Action Group or Executive Assistant in support of an 0-6 rank or higher
*Experience using Automated Time and Attendance Production System (ATAAPS)
*Experience with military processes like EPRs, OPRs or other manpower processes
*Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners.
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
*Possess a high degree of initiative and the ability to perform day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision.
Even better if you have these desired skills:
*Experience using Confluence and JIRA (both unclassified and classified)
Education:
*Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
*Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Clearance Requirements:
* Mustpossessan active DoDTS/SCI with in-scope SSBI and SAP eligibility.
*12 months or more of experience inaSAP environment within the last 3 years highly preferred.
