Role Summary We are seeking a Vice President to join our Client Relationship Management (CRM) team within Transaction Banking. Client Relationship Managers serve as the primary point of contact for our strategic corporate relationships, with responsibility for shaping and executing the fronttoback client experience. In this role, the Vice President will deliver a bestinclass client experience across payments, receivables, liquidity, and foreign exchange solutions. By collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders across Coverage, Product, Operations, Risk, and Legal, the role focuses on delivering against client objectives, supporting growth opportunities, and reducing costtoservice.
