IT Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead / Project Manager - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. The Delivery Lead will support a Private Cloud Transformation program, delivering infrastructure-as-code into new datacenters using a hyper-converged hosting platform. This position is responsible for the end-to-end leadership, coordination, and delivery of strategic programs and projects within a technical organization, blending enterprise delivery leadership with lean portfolio management to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
• Support portfolio-level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs and projects
• Provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, and financials to senior management
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects of varying complexity, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans and roadmaps
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate
• Manage program and project financials, forecasts, and budgets
• Ensure initiatives comply with Enterprise Change Management policies, standards, and controls

Requirements:

• Typically 7+ years of experience in program, project, or delivery management within a technical organization
• Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training
• Proven track record delivering large-scale or enterprise initiatives
• Experience leading work in matrixed and/or global environments
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to measurable business outcomes
• Program and project management experience across multiple initiatives and delivery stages
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Hybrid delivery models (Agile and Waterfall)
• Experience with portfolio, program, and project financial management
• Familiarity with risk, audit, and compliance delivery
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies
• Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills

Desired skills:

• Familiarity with Application and Data Messaging: Relational and Non-Relational Database Platforms, Application Messaging Platforms, API Gateways, Identity Management
• PMP Certification
• Certified Scrum Master
• SAFe / Agile certifications
• Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10 per hour
