As a Product Sales Manager, Higher Education you'll partner closely with our Academic Field Sales team to drive growth across the Midwest and West market, selling bestinclass solutions within our Research & Analytics portfolio. You'll play a critical role in bringing products like Web of Science, Web of Science Research Intelligence (our newest gotomarket platform), InCites, PivotRP, and more to universities-helping institutions advance research, teaching, and assessment initiatives. This is a highly collaborative, growthfocused role where you'll own productled sales strategy, build a strong pipeline, increase deal sizes, and drive crosssell expansion within existing Academic customers-while also supporting selective new logo acquisition. Reporting to the Director of Research & Analytics Sales, Americas, you'll work alongside Account Managers and key commercial partners to execute impactful sales strategies and deliver meaningful results. About the Team You'll be joining a highly focused, impactdriven Academia & Government Product Sales team dedicated to helping universities unlock the full power of research intelligence. This team partners closely with Academic Sales to bring trusted, worldclass research and analytics solutions to institutions that are shaping the future of education and discovery. Reporting to the Director, Research & Analytics Product Sales for Academic Markets, you'll be part of a tightknit, sevenmember team that values collaboration, curiosity, and shared success. The work is strategic, fastmoving, and deeply connected to our customers' missions-making this a standout opportunity to influence growth while supporting the academic community in meaningful ways.
