Position Summary:
The Director, RGM - Customer & Channel Strategy will play a critical leadership role in transforming Revenue Growth Management into a core commercial growth driver for Bimbo Bakeries USA.
This role will lead the development and deployment of channels, customer, and portfolio strategies across emerging and high-growth channels (e.g., AFH, FSV, eCommerce, new routes to market), ensuring alignment with consumer needs, willingness to pay, and long-term value creation.
The Director will operate at the intersection of Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, owning the definition of where and how we win by channel and customer, while building the capabilities required to scale RGM across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own Customer & Channel RGM Strategy
  • Lead Mix Management & Portfolio Optimization capability
  • Lead Pack-Price Architecture & Value Strategy for Customer exclusive portfolios
  • Build Emerging Channels Strategy (AFH / FSV / eCommerce)
  • Drive Strategic Planning & Value Creation
  • Lead Cross-Functional Alignment & Governance
  • Build Capabilities & Lead the Team

Education and Work History:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in RGM, channel strategy, and portfolio management
  • Deep understanding of RGM levers
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L experience
  • Experience with syndicated data tools
  • Multi-channel experience
  • Self-starter - Navigating and thriving in ambiguous environment, resourcefulness in getting things done, Advanced problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Agility - Flexibility approach in problem solving/developing solutions
  • Project and budget management

  • Delivery of channel/customer revenue, mix, and margin targets
