Consolidated Turbine Specialists, LLC (CTS), a Kratos' company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Senior Supervisor to work onsite at their Bristow, OK facility and provide HR support across multiple locations.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Senior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day to day human resources operations across multiple locations. This role provides hands-on support in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping and payroll coordination, benefits assistance, leave administration, workers compensation, regulatory compliance, and health and safety initiatives. The HR Senior Supervisor serves as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies and practices and helps foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Oversee daily HR activities across multiple sites, ensuring consistent and effective service delivery.
Provide guidance and direct support to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR systems with a strong focus on confidentiality and accuracy.
Serve as a primary contact for employee concerns, addressing issues promptly, objectively, and in alignment with company policies.
Conduct investigations, make recommendations for resolution, and partner with management on appropriate action plans.
Promote a fair, respectful, and equitable work environment.
Lead recruitment efforts including job posting approval process, screening, interviewing, and selection in partnership with hiring managers, extending offer and following the offer approval process.
Manage onboarding activities including background checks, drug screen, new employee orientation and ensuring new hires have a positive, well-supported transition into the organization.
Provide support and troubleshooting for timekeeping and payroll-related concerns.
Assist employees with benefits inquiries, new enrollments, and issue resolution in coordination with the benefits team.
Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, personal leaves) following applicable laws and company policy via ADP TAM.
Coordinate workers compensation claims, incident reporting, and return to work processes.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Support health and safety initiatives, training, and reporting requirements in partnership with management team.
Assist in maintaining FAA-approved Drug and Alcohol Testing Program for pre-employment, random testing, reasonable suspicion, post- accident testing, return-to-duty, and ensuring employee training.
Reinforce organizational values, programs, and initiatives that strengthen culture and employee engagement supported by management team.
Help build strong relationships across sites to promote communication, trust, and a collaborative work environment.
Other duties as assigned.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Required Experience:

Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations management and HR best practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of progressive HR experience or equivalent progressive HR work experience.
Experience with FAA regulations is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Office/Work Station/Shop Floor environments
Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones).
