Job Description The Senior Managing Counsel - Information Management provides legal support on complex information management issues, including but not limited to, discovery (includes eDiscovery), third-party requests for information, and enterprise records governance.This role is responsible for developing and driving strategies and for collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external parties. Additional responsibilities include conducting legal research, substantive drafting, review, advising, and negotiation for complex matters, as well as providing budget oversight and guidance on the effective use of eDiscovery resources and technology.
