The Coordinator, Nursing Programs collaborates with key nurse leaders and front-line clinicians for the Nursing Practice Program at Johns Hopkins Hospital. This work includes focus on scope of practice, licensure, nursing clinical and administrative policies and working with Coordinators from through JHHS on system-wide projects. Additionally, this role will bring a re-focus on nursing shared governance, nursing professional advancement and arts, as well as being involved with Magnet re-recognition activities. Salary Range: Minimum 47.96/hour - Maximum 74.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
