The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in strengthening the organization's People operations as it continues to scale. This position ensures teams across all locations are supported, compliant, and set up for success. By guiding employee relations, overseeing compliance, and partnering closely with Training, Operations, and leadership, you help create an environment where team members feel valued, leaders are empowered, and day?to?day operations run smoothly. Your ability to balance people needs with business priorities helps the culture and performance grow together. Key Performance Indicators
Core Responsibilities HR Operations, Compliance & Employee Relations
Work closely with Training teams to support onboarding, store training, and leadership development programs. Ensure alignment between HR and Training priorities. Support the rollout and adoption of training initiatives and LMS tools. Collaborate with Operations and Training to ensure programs reinforce service excellence and brand consistency. Talent Acquisition & Total Rewards Support
