CNC Tool Grinder Apprentice

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CNC Tool Grinder Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in precision manufacturing while learning from experienced professionals in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

• Learn to set up and operate CNC tool grinding machines
• Assist in the production and reconditioning of precision cutting tools
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform basic inspections using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Interest in machining, manufacturing, or skilled trades
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
