1 to 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience and demonstrated skill will be considered (preferred)
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging for different audiences (preferred) Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or similar platforms (preferred) Familiarity with intranet platforms such as SharePoint, Staffbase, or similar tools (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams (preferred) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously (preferred) Comfortable working in a collaborative environment while also being able to execute independently (preferred) A proactive communicator who asks good questions and follows through without being prompted (preferred) Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (preferred) Licenses & Certifications
